Delivery Information
We ship everywhere in the contiguous United States — Alaska, Hawaii and PO boxes included.
Standard Shipping
3–5 business days across the contiguous US. Alaska, Hawaii and remote ZIP codes may take 1–2 extra days.
Shipping Fee
Free on orders over $99.00. A flat $8.00 fee applies to smaller orders.
Wholesale Orders
Bulk orders ship by freight within 5–7 business days. We email you a delivery window before dispatch — see below.
How delivery works
- Order placed. We pick, inspect and pack your gear. Tents and shelters ship with poles and stakes separately secured; fragile items (lanterns, stoves) get double-boxed.
- Dispatch & tracking. You receive an order confirmation, then a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves our New York warehouse.
- Inspect on arrival. Open the box and check the contents. If anything looks wrong, let us know within 48 hours and we'll sort it immediately.
Wholesale & freight deliveries
Orders containing wholesale-quantity lines are packed on pallets and shipped by freight carrier. Before dispatch we email a delivery window so someone can receive the shipment; tail-lift delivery is available on request. Large or recurring orders can be arranged on custom terms — email fang041420@gmail.com.
Delivery hours & instructions
Carriers typically deliver during business hours on weekdays. Add delivery notes at checkout — gate codes, "leave with front desk", or a preferred drop location — and we pass them on. Business addresses are welcome.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us at fang041420@gmail.com within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no quibbling.
