Coverage at a glance
Tents & Shelters
12 months against manufacturing defects in fabric, seams, poles and zippers.
Lighting & Power
12 months on electronic components, wiring and workmanship (batteries: 6 months).
Cookware & Furniture
12 months on structural and mechanical defects under normal camp use.
What's covered
- Structural manufacturing defects: seam failure under normal use, splitting pole sleeves, delaminating floor coatings, faulty zippers fitted at manufacture.
- Faulty electronics: lanterns that won't hold charge, dead switches, failing USB ports and wiring faults present from manufacture.
- Hardware failures not caused by wear: collapsing chair joints, cracked stove valves, defective buckles and clasps.
What's not covered
- Damage from sparks, open flames, or contact with heat sources.
- Normal wear: fabric fading, coating wear, scuffs, stained or discoloured materials.
- Damage from storms, animal contact, or storage while wet (mildew is not a manufacturing defect).
- Modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than our service team.
How to make a claim
- Get in touch. Email fang041420@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos or a short video.
- We assess. We respond within 2 business days with next steps — most claims are settled from photos alone.
- Repair, replace or refund. We'll send spare parts, replace with the same model, or refund — whichever gets you back outside fastest.
Proof of purchase (order number or account order history) is required. Warranty is provided by Madelinacosa LLC and applies to purchases from melaniedg.com. Wholesale buyers enjoy the same coverage on every unit.
