How wholesale pricing works

Many products in our catalogue carry two prices: a retail price and a wholesale price. The rule is simple — order at least the product's minimum order quantity (MOQ) and the wholesale unit price applies automatically. Your cart switches to the wholesale rate the moment the quantity threshold is reached, and the order is billed at that rate at checkout. No coupon codes, no special account type.

Wholesale-eligible products show the wholesale unit price and MOQ directly on the product page, so you can plan margins before you order.

Minimum order quantities

Each wholesale product sets its own MOQ, typically between 10 and 50 units depending on the item. The MOQ is shown next to the wholesale price on the product page and in your cart. Below the MOQ the retail price applies; at or above it, the wholesale rate applies to every unit in that line.

  • MOQs are per product line — you can mix different products in one order.
  • Reduce a line below its MOQ and the unit price reverts to retail automatically.
  • Retail and wholesale lines can coexist in the same order and ship together.

Ordering in bulk

  1. Add to cart. Set the quantity to the MOQ or higher — the wholesale unit price applies immediately.
  2. Checkout. Pay securely at checkout like any order; your invoice reflects the wholesale rate.
  3. Freight delivery. Bulk lines are palletised and shipped by freight within 5–7 business days, with a delivery window emailed in advance.
